Job Description:
- Record and document history, review of systems, physical examination and procedures as performed by the medical provider.
- Document laboratory and image results along with current medications
- Assist with obtaining prior history, laboratory, EKGs and imaging results.
- Document current laboratory results, EKGs, imaging results, differential diagnosis and final diagnosis/discharge instructions.
- Assist with obtaining labs/results/EKG's when delayed.
